Making Your First Deposit

Depositing funds at Red Dragon Mahjong couldn't be easier:

2. Click the "My Account" button.
3. Click on the Deposit tab
4. Select a deposit option of your choice and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Withdraw your winnings

It's as easy to withdraw as it is to deposit.

Note: Withdrawals are first paid to the method(s) used to deposit. If you have a winning that exceeds the total deposits you can withdraw the excess using any of the payment options below.

Set Deposit Limits

You should be able to manage your own budget for playing Mahjong, so the system allows you to restrict your weekly deposit limits. You can do this by clicking on “My Account” tab once you have logged in to play. Please also read the notes on responsible gaming

Withdrawal Policy

Red Dragon Mahjong believes players should be able to withdraw funds from their accounts as easily as they can make deposits.

• The payee name entered for withdrawal must be the same as that registered for your player account.
• You can only make one withdrawal per day. Withdrawals are first paid to the method(s) used to deposit.
• If you have a winning that exceeds the total deposits you can withdraw the excess using any of the payment options below.
• Withdrawal to MasterCard and Visa is not possible.

Know Your Client Process

To be able to protect players from fraudulent activities connected with the withdrawal process, identification from you is necessary to process the withdrawal.

Players are required to prove their identities in the following situations:

• Requested Withdrawal amount exceeds Red Dragon Mahjong withdrawal policy limit.
• Deposit and withdrawal methods differs.
• Differences between information supplied when requesting withdrawal and the information already registered in the player’s account.
• The player has changed the initial registered details.

For this KYC process, please send us copies of:

1. Personal Identification - one photo ID from the following list:
• Passport
• Driving licence
• National Identification card (photographic)
• Citizenship certificate
2. Address Verification - one of the following:
• Utility Bill (less than 3 months old)
• Tax Bill
• Copy of Bank Statement (less than 3 months old)
3. Source of Payment Verification - one of the following:
• Account registered Credit or Debit card (front only)
• Copy of Credit or Debit card account statement of a card registered on your player account (less than 3 months old)
• Copy of bank statement - must have a transaction or card number visible on it (less than 3 months old)

PLEASE NOTE:

The documents must be clear and legible and have all your usernames or telephone account ID on all documents. If this is not the case processing time may be longer and may result in temporary account suspension. Please email scans in JPEG or GIF file formats only with a maximum size of 10MB per page. For your personal security please blank out all digits except for the last four of the account and card numbers, leaving the start and expiry date visible. Please send documents that state your residential address. Regrettably, documents addressed to a PO Box number are unacceptable for validation.

All documents must be certified as true copies of the originals by a professionally qualified community figure. Documents can be certified by any professionally qualified person or equivalent such as:

• A lawyer / solicitor
• An accountant / bank manager
• A town clerk or civil servant (including police, fire or military officers)
• A doctor / dentist / pharmacist
• A teacher or professor

Each document must be signed individually by this certifier, who must put their name, signature and rank/title. They must certify that the document that they have seen is the original.

Please DO NOT send in original documents to be certified by us.

• If you don't have a scanner to scan the documents, please email support@RedDragonMahjong.com for instructions such as details of a high resolution photo and fax number to use.

You are encouraged to provide the above information before it is actually required. This will speed up processing of your withdrawal requests.
